Hillary Clinton has taken a nine-point lead over Donald Trump, in both head-to-head and third party inclusive races, in the latest NBC/Wall Street Journal poll.

The poll, conducted among registered voters nationally, shows Clinton leading, 47-38.

With third party candidates included, Clinton still leads Trump by nine points, 43-34, with Libertarian Gary Johnson polling at 10 percent and Green Party candidate Jill Stein at 5 percent.

The Democratic nominee increased her lead over Trump by four points since the last NBC/WSJ poll, conducted in early July.

This poll was conducted over the phone among 800 national registered voters on July 31-Aug. 3, with a margin of error of plus or minus 3.46 percent.

  1. What a yuge lead…

  2. Landslide. Priebus will lose his gig. Pence is done. Christie will be indicted. Ryan will never, ever sit in the White House. McConnell will be retired. And the T-trolls with the pitchforks will tear the GOP apart.

Hell with popcorn–I’m laying in stocks of single malt!

  3. Save for Christie being indicted, all of those things would be true even if Clinton barely ekes out a win.

  4. Please, please, please, please, please, please, please, please…

  5. I am going to be the TPM broken record by the time this thing is done, but GOTV. We must make a major push to get every Democratic voter to the polls. GOTV!!!
