A new national CBS News poll out Tuesday shows Hillary Clinton pulling ahead of Donald Trump among likely voters in the wake of the first presidential debate, taking 45 percent of support compared to the real estate mogul’s 41 percent.

This four-point Clinton lead marks a significant edge from last week, when the two major party candidates were tied with 42 percent of the vote.

Libertarian candidate Gary Johnson took 8 percent of the vote, while Green Party candidate Jill Stein received 3 percent.

A head-to-head matchup finds a larger advantage for the former secretary of state, with 49 percent supporting Clinton and 43 percent for Trump.

The CBS poll is in keeping with a spate of post-debate national surveys that have found Clinton either holding or expanding her lead. TPM’s PollTracker Average has Clinton ahead with 48.3 percent to Trump’s 42.2 percent.

The CBS phone survey was conducted between Sept. 28-Oct. 2 among 1,501 likely voters.
