The last poll from the Detroit News/WDIV-TV, conducted in late July and early August, showed Clinton with a nine-point lead, 41-32, with Johnson polling at 8 percent and Stein at 3 percent.

The Detroit News/WDIV-TV poll was conducted from Sept. 27-28 by Glengariff Group among 600 likely Michigan voters, with a margin of error of plus or minus four percent.
