Hillary Clinton continues to lead in Michigan, by seven points, in the latest poll from Detroit News/WDIV-TV following the first presidential debate.

Clinton leads Donald Trump, 42-35, in a poll of the state’s likely voters, with Libertarian Gary Johnson following at 9 percent and Green Party candidate Jill Stein polling at 3 percent.

The last poll from the Detroit News/WDIV-TV, conducted in late July and early August, showed Clinton with a nine-point lead, 41-32, with Johnson polling at 8 percent and Stein at 3 percent.

The Detroit News/WDIV-TV poll was conducted from Sept. 27-28 by Glengariff Group among 600 likely Michigan voters, with a margin of error of plus or minus four percent.

TPM’s PollTracker Average for the general election in Michigan shows Clinton leading Trump, 44.8 to 39.1.
