“There’s always a tweet,” the saying goes, that shows the Donald Trump of years past contradicting the Donald Trump of today. Comedy Central’s “The Daily Show” on Wednesday dug up the video equivalent.
“Oh man, once Trump gets his wall he better hope no one shows Mexico this old video we found,” the program tweeted Wednesday night.
The video is a portion of Trump’s 2004 commencement speech at Wagner College, in which he tells graduates: “Don’t give up. Don’t allow it to happen. If there’s a concrete wall in front of you, go through it. Go over it. Go around it. But get to the other side of that wall.”

This jackass is well beyond the point of being embarrassed by anything.
Trump’s 2004 commencement speech at Wagner College
my only question is WHY???
the rest is just typical trump
This video has 10 million views already. I saw this on the Daily show facebook page.
Presumably they edit out the next part, where he emphasizes that if there’s a steel slat barrier in front of you, return quietly home and pray to Jesus to make you more American in your next life, which will be arriving soon.
Well, now we know why he’s changed to a steel wall.
