MSNBC’s “Morning Joe” co-host Joe Scarborough on Wednesday said Democrats who are mulling a 2020 presidential bid should prepare to run against a different candidate than the Republican president: Nikki Haley.
“If I were actually war-gaming this, I would tell everybody thinking about running, plan your campaign against Donald Trump, but expect to be running against Nikki Haley. You gotta think that way,” he said.
