Sarah Sanders: ‘I Would Never Use Nancy Pelosi As My Source Of Legal Authority’

Press briefing Dec. 18, 2018.

Just before closing out a rowdy press briefing on Tuesday, White House press secretary took at dig at incoming House Speaker Nancy Pelosi when she was asked about where the White House plans to find money to fund the wall, as it’s alluded it intends to do to avoid shutdown.

The reporter that asked the question said that Pelosi criticized the maneuver.

“I would never use Nancy Pelosi as my source of legal authority on probably anything,” she said. “But I would use attorneys that work here at the white house and agencies that that’s their entire job is determining whether or not something is legal and we’re looking to those individuals to find out those specific pots of money that can be used for that.”

  1. Hah…considering the legal record this WH has amassed over the past 2 years, I think I’ll give Nancy the benefit of the doubt.

  2. Here at the White House, we prefer legal advice from Rudy Giuliani…

And Sarah wouldn’t use Nancy Pelosi as a fashion authority either. So there!

  4. The WH probably has the same legal minds advising Flynn today

  5. Look in a mirror Sarah. Everything you complain about you do ten times worse.

Training on projection should be mandatory, include taping their eye lids open, lots of caffeine, and repeated for 24 hours.
