FBI Director James Comey is expected to testify before the House Intelligence Committee Monday morning.

He is expected to either confirm or deny the existence of an investigation into alleged contacts between Donald Trump’s presidential campaign and Russian government officials, as well as speak to President Trump’s evidence-free allegation that former President Obama wiretapped his phone during the campaign.
