Donald Trump on Wednesday said that it’s unlikely that he’ll change his unconventional campaigning style now that he’s about to be officially nominated as the Republican presidential nominee.
During an interview on Fox News, Brett Baier asked Trump if he was pivoting toward being a “controlled presidential candidate.”
“I don’t think so. I want to be myself,” Trump replied. “It got me here.”
He added that if he used a teleprompter at one of his campaign rallies, “I think you’d probably lose most of them by the time I was finished.” Though Trump said he’d likely use a teleprompter at the Republican convention.

Thank goodness. Some of us had been concerned early on that you might try and be, well, you know … presidential and all (like that could happen, but stranger things have). Obviously I do not like this man Trump at all…but there’s this little part of me that…ha ha ha…just loves him.
