Presumptive GOP nominee Donald Trump railed against Bill Kristol at a campaign rally Wednesday in Anaheim, California, calling the editor of The Weekly Standard a “loser” for his failed efforts to recruit an anti-Trump challenger.
Kristol has long criticized Trump and led a movement encouraging an independent, third-party candidate to enter the presidential race and bring down the businessman. At least one person Kristol courted, retired Gen. James Mattis, came out and said he would not launch an independent bid.
Trump said he almost felt bad for Kristol before launching into an imitation of him: “We’re still looking for a third party candidate!”
Trump mocked Kristol, who he repeatedly referred to as working for “that magazine,” for searching “for like nine months” for someone to challenge him.
“He can’t find anybody! What a loser!” Trump said. “By the way, I heard his magazine is doing so badly it’s going to fold.”
Trump also questioned why television producers kept inviting Kristol on, given his history of making wildly off-base predictions.
Well. Donald is not wrong all the time.
Kristol should call Susana Martinez.
Kristol is, in fact, a dope and a loser. But it’s remarkable how Trump has never once been criticized by an intelligent non-loser who works for a solvent media outlet. They’re always dopey loser dummies who work for publications that Trump’s heard, by the way, are failing.
Okay, I hereby make a wide-range and heart-felt apology to middle school girls everywhere for ever stating that Donald Trump is as immature and mean-spirited as you are. He is clearly far, far worse and continues to get more petulant and mocking every single day.
All part of the maladjusted inferiority complex.
The man truly is borderline psychotic, at best. If he had a big tumor on his head (insert combover joke here) or had suffered a TMI or had a chronic heart condition, it would be an issue. But prima facile mental illness? Totally taboo. Same category of “untouchable” as his deficient intellect (like W’s before him) as far as the MSM is concerned.
