Donald Trump on Monday night said that he does not think President Obama sympathizes with terrorists, but when asked to elaborate, the presumptive Republican presidential nominee did not offer direct responses.

During an interview on Fox News, host Bill O’Reilly mentioned to Trump that he’s suggested that Obama wants terrorism to flourish, and asked, “You don’t believe that do you?”

“I don’t believe it,” Trump replied, before noting that he’s not a fan of the Iran deal or the way Obama “treats Israel.”

“I see what’s going on and I’m a common-sense person, and I don’t like it,” Trump added.

O’Reilly then noted that Trump’s comments after the deadly Orlando shooting were more “personal,” noting that Trump once questioned whether the President was born in the United States.

“Well it bothers me when he’s afraid or doesn’t want to mention the worlds ‘radical Islamic terrorism’ when obviously that’s what it was,” Trump said in response.

The Fox News host notes that Trump is dodging the question and asks Trump, “Do you believe there’s a personal component inside the President’s personality that sympathizes with the Muslim world and doesn’t want to taint the Muslim world with terrorism? Is that what it’s about?”

“I don’t believe anything. I see things,” Trump replied.

“I look at what he does. And I look at what he says. And I look at what he doesn’t say,” Trump later added. “How do you solve a problem if you’re unwilling to discuss it or unwilling to name it?”
