Trump Camp Fires Virginia Chair After He Stages Protest Outside Of RNC

The Trump campaign announced it had fired Corey Stewart, their Virginia campaign chair, after Stewart staged a protest outside of the RNC Monday and called RNC leaders “establishment pukes.”

ABC7 reported that the Trump campaign had fired Stewart Monday, effective immediately.

Stewart’s protest and the subsequent intra campaign drama came after a weekend in which Republican senators and lawmakers ran away from Trump. On Monday morning, House Speaker Paul Ryan (R-WI) told his members they should do whatever they had to to win their races even if that meant abandoning the nominee with a month to go until the election. And, while Ryan did not unendorse Trump, he said he would not be appearing with Trump on the campaign trail.

  4. I wonder now… do you think a CASE of popcorn is enough?
