Democrats responded with thumbs down and boos to President Donald Trump’s call to repeal and replace Obamacare during his address to a joint session of Congress on Tuesday night.
“Obamacare is collapsing and we must act decisively to protect all Americans,” Trump said. “So I am calling on all Democrats and Republicans in the Congress to work with us to save Americans from this imploding Obamacare disaster.”
His words were met with boos and a thumbs down from Democrats including Rep. Judy Chu (D-CA).
Not quite a “you lie!” moment but @RepJudyChu did a big thumbs down for call to repeal Obamacare. #Jointsession
