CNN’s Jake Tapper and Donald Trump surrogate Kayleigh McEnany got into an extremely heated exchange Sunday night about Trump’s surprise press conference with three women who’ve accused Bill Clinton of sexual misconduct.

“There is one person out of both of these families who has been accused of sexual assault in the court of law. One. And that is Bill Clinton,” McEnany charged. “Donald Trump is not accused of sexual assault.”

“That is false,” Tapper responded. “There are plenty of accusations–”

“There’s twenty percent of my generation who saw that and it is the first time they heard the stories,” McEnany said of the presser.

“Talking over me doesn’t make what you’re saying true,” Tapper said. “There are accusations against Donald Trump. There are accusations against Bill Clinton.”

“There are accusations on left-wing media sources,” McEnany retorted. “That’s it.”

Trump is facing harsh criticism from both sides of the aisle after unused footage from an “Access Hollywood” taping in 2005, which shows Trump bragging to then-host Billy Bush that his celebrity status allowed him to do whatever he wanted to women, including groping and kissing them without waiting for their consent, was leaked to the media Friday.
