MSNBC host Tamron Hall on Tuesday quizzed Donald Trump on his decision to repeat a supporter’s use of the word “pussy” and whether he would change his demeanor later in the race.
Trump told Hall that he used the word because he doesn’t want to be too “politically correct.”
“I guess I want to know what you see as presidential,” Hall then told Trump. She then referenced conservative outrage over images of President Obama with his feet up in the White House.
“Some conservatives went crazy,” she said. “Many would say, ‘What would Donald Trump do to the presidency if he’s willing to on stage say something like that, and other comments that I could laundry list here?'”
Trump said the picture of Obama relaxing doesn’t bother him and that it’s okay to be “comfortable.” He then suggested he might change his demeanor at some point.
“When you get to be president, or just before you get to be president, the attitude would change very much,” he continued, telling Hall that he was a very good student.
“Right now, we’re in a very combative stage and we also want to have a little fun,” Trump said. “Everyone wants to be so totally politically correct. It’s honestly, it’s a problem for our country.”
Hall then asked, “What does that mean, not saying that word in a public place?”
Trump said he was just repeating “a word that somebody else was saying” before again noting that “political correctness within our country now is too much.”
When pressed to give an example, Trump offered up the term “anchor baby.” He began to define the the term for Hall.
“I know what it is,” she jumped in to say.
“Right, okay, but your audience might not,” Trump responded.
At the end of the interview, Hall brought up Trump’s attitude again.
“When you were in Iowa, you were holding your Bible — two Corinthians and all — the bible given to you by your mother,” she said.
“By the way in Europe and different places, they do say two Corinthians,” Trump interjected.
“So the question is, who is the real Donald Trump?” Hall asked. “Is he the guy saying the p-word where he knows he can get away with it at this raucous rally, or is he the guy thumping the Bible because he needs that group? And then will he be the guy later in a general election who becomes the New York liberal that Ted Cruz says you are really hiding under your suit?”
Trump simply told Hall that he will “make America great again.”
Hall then lamented that Trump’s staff was pulling him away from the interview.
“I hear your staff is going crazy that you have to go,” she said. “Come back tomorrow and tell your staff to calm down. Thank you.”

So now Trump loves the way Europeans say and do things?
What a prick.
Interesting that his staff was pulling him away…once they realized this interview really wasn’t helping him at all.
many people have said that pussy was HUGE!!
A little Lords of Acid seems appropriate right now.
Well, not Washington, or Lincoln, or even Reagan presidential. But it was pretty Bush presidential.
