Wisconsin Gov. Scott Walker (R) said he still doesn’t know whether Barack Obama is Christian, months after a spokesperson had to clarify that the governor wasn’t casting doubt on the President’s faith.

The Republican presidential candidate said “I don’t know” whether Obama is Christian during a Q&A on Saturday in front of GOP donors hosted by billionaires Charles and David Koch, according to Time.

“You’re not going to get a different answer than I said before,” Walker added, as quoted by Time. “As someone who is a believer myself, I don’t presume to know someone’s beliefs about whether they follow Christ or not unless I’ve actually talked with him.”

The Wisconsin Republican was first asked about Obama’s faith in February, after he attended a private dinner where former New York Mayor Rudy Giuliani (R) courted controversy by asserting that the President doesn’t love America. A spokeswoman for Walker later told The Washington Post that Walker was making a point about the press’ “gotcha” questions, adding “of course the governor thinks the president is a Christian.”

  2. As a son of a Lutheran pastor, I’m not sure Walker, the son of a Baptist preacher, is a Christian.

  3. He has the familiar dimwit expression of W – and the same blind vanity that lets him believe he is qualified. The perfect GOP tool.

  4. I’m not sure if Walker isn’t a minion of Satan, as everything he’s done points to that.

Well, as a non believer, I have a better means of assessment. I take note of what a person says and does; as in “by their fruits shall ye know them.” And there aren’t enough rotten apples in Wisconsin to equal the decay in this “Peasgood’s Nonesuch.”
