A spokesperson for Sen. Bernie Sanders (I-VT) reportedly told media outlets Tuesday that the FBI’s findings on the investigation into Hillary Clinton’s server use wouldn’t impact Sanders’ decision to stay in the race for the White House.
FBI Director James Comey announced Tuesday that the use of the private server was “extremely careless,” but that he would not recommend criminal charges, saying Clinton and her staff members had no “intentional misconduct.”
A Sanders spokesperson told NBC News that the Vermont senator watched the FBI’s televised announcement:

Who is this Bernie Sanders this person speaks of?
The primary was over a month ago. In case he hasn’t noticed.
THE RACE IS OVER. He lost. THE RACE IS OVER. He lost. THE RACE IS OVER. He lost. THE RACE IS OVER.
He lost.
This is the reason why he will never endorse Clinton. Ever. In his mind, the “race” will continue forever.
Didn’t you hear? If he doesn’t stay in until the convention he won’t get his participation trophy!
To be fair, if you expected him to come out and announce “I was only staying in the race in hopes that Hillary got indicted,” then you were being a cynical fool.
