Former New York City Mayor Rudy Giuliani (R) argued Wednesday that Democratic presidential frontrunner Hillary Clinton “helped to create” the Islamic State terror group.
“She helped create ISIS,” Giuliani said on Fox News’ “The O’Reilly Factor.” “Hillary Clinton could be considered a founding member of ISIS.”
Giuliani said that Clinton helped ISIS by serving as secretary of state when the Obama administration withdrew from Iraq. He also argued that Clinton missed an opportunity to rally forces to fight the terror group.
“You forced the Shiites to make a choice by not intervening in Syria at the proper time,” Giuliani said. “By being part of an administration that drew 12 lines in the sand and made a joke out of it.”
By that logic isn’t Rudy a founding member of al Qaeda since he was mayor of New York before and during 9/11?

And then GOP leaders across the country scratch their ass and wonder why their own base has become so radical with so little respect for political leadership that they turn to a reality TV star to be POTUS.
