Several of the caucuses held on Tuesday on the West coast were still dubbed as “too early to call” some even hours after the scheduled cutoff time to vote.
The Democratic caucuses in Utah and Idaho were not yet called as of press time. Neither was the GOP caucus in Utah.
Earlier in the night, Democratic presidential candidate Hillary Clinton and Republican presidential candidate Donald Trump were projected to win in their respective primaries in Arizona.
But, multiple reports of long lines in Utah and Idaho were cited as reasons why the results were delayed. Some reporters even stated that the polls were left open so people still in line could cast their votes.
