Paris Deputy Mayor Patrick Klugman late Friday told CNN there were unconfirmed reports that suicide bombers caused the multiple explosions reported outside the Stade de France.

French President Francois Hollande was evacuated from the soccer stadium at the halftime break of a friendly match between the French and German national teams, Klugman added.

The deputy mayor stressed that it was too early to say whether the explosions reported at the soccer stadium in addition to two shooting incidents that occurred in other pars of the city around the same time were acts of terrorism.
