There’s hope for you yet, America.

According to complaints submitted to the FCC and obtained by Deadspin, only one person wrote in to say they found Super Bowl champion and star cornerback for the Seattle Seahawks Richard Sherman offensive in an intense post-game interview last month.

“I was offened [sic] by the language used in the 1st post game interview of Richard Sherman of the Seattle Seahawks,” one viewer from Doddrige, Ark. wrote.

Of four other complaints about Fox’s broadcast of the NFC game with the San Francisco 49ers, three people wrote in to grumble about the volume and another person found the lack of closed captioning disagreeable.

Among the media firestorm following the interview, even Sen. John McCain (R-AZ) weighed in and called Sherman a “loudmouth.”
