President Obama on Wednesday called out an activist who interrupted his speech during an LGBT Pride Month event at the White House.

“President Obama, release all L.G.B.T.Q. immigrants from detention and stop all deportations!” the activist said, according to the New York Times.

“Listen, you’re in my house,” Obama responded to the heckler. “It’s not respectful.”

“Shame on you,” Obama said, as the crowd began chanting, “Obama,” according to a Reuters video.

The President then asked that the person be escorted out of the event.

The activist was later identified as Jennicet Gutiérrez, a transgender woman and undocumented immigrant who helped found FAMILIA TQLM, a group that advocates for LGBT immigrants.

“As a general rule, I am just fine with a few hecklers,” Obama later said, according to The Hill. “But not when I am up in the house. My attitude is if you’re eating the hors d’oeuvres, you know what I’m saying? And drinking the booze? I know that’s right.”
