Media reporter Brian Stelter will leave the New York Times to become CNN’s senior media reporter, and a host of “Reliable Sources,” the network’s Sunday media show. Politico’s Dylan Byers first reported the news Tuesday, which Stelter confirmed with tweets shortly after.
I’m joining @CNN as the network’s senior media correspondent and the host of “Reliable Sources.”

That means: I’ll be reporting every day for CNN, CNNI, http://t.co/po6jkV8tXU, and it’ll all flow into @CNNReliable on Sundays.

I’ve been at the @nytimes since college so it’s surreal to be leaving. I’ve learned everything here. To my colleagues: thank you.
