South Carolina Gov. Nikki Haley (R) endorsed Republican presidential candidate Sen. Marco Rubio (R-FL) on Wednesday, calling him the person to make every day “a great day in America.”
“I wanted somebody with fight. I wanted somebody with passion. I wanted somebody that had conviction to do the right thing. But I wanted somebody humble enough that remembers that you work for all the people,” Haley said at a Rubio rally in South Carolina. “And I wanted somebody that was going to go and show my parents that the best decision they ever made for their children was coming to America.”
Haley said as a daughter of Indian parents and mother she wanted someone dedicated to education and as a military wife someone who knew “when we fight wars, we win wars.”
Haley said there were “good people in this race” and she thanked them for their “sacrifice” and “willingness to serve and honor this country and to make her better.”
Haley had previously criticized some Republicans in the race, saying Rubio “believes in amnesty which I don’t,” before walking the comment back.
… I don’t know whether to laugh or cry…
… oh, wait, it’s coming to me now… RRRRREEEEEEEEETTTTTTTTTCCCCCCCHHHHHHHH!!!
He’s the Real Thing too and What the World Wants Today.
Tomorrow’s news - after being asked to list Rubio’s accomplishments Nikki was seen scurrying from the cameras. And Ted Cruz has a facebook page saying that Haley is changing to Team Ted.
Fuck you, Nikki. Sorry, that’s all I can say about her anymore.
Will he be making pancakes for breakfast? If not, then screw 'im.
