The Friday cover of the New York Daily News featured a hooded Ku Klux Klan member in support of Donald Trump after the former grand wizard said not voting for Trump was “treason.”
Prominent white nationalist and former Louisiana State Rep. David Duke said Thursday that Trump is leading the “most insurgent campaign in recent American history.”
“Voting against Donald Trump at this point is really treason to your heritage,” Duke said.
The tabloid’s cover reads, “TRUMP FOR PREZ,” with a subhead “Ex-KKK leader: Vote for Donald, he’s just like us!”

The tabloid has previously depicted Trump carrying the head of the Statue of Liberty, as being a “dead clown walking” and leading a hoard of brain-dead zombies.
