Melania Trump called Chris Matthews’s on-air remarks about her physical appearance “unbelievable” in an interview out Tuesday.
Asked about the MSNBC host being caught on a hot mic saying, “My God, that is good. I could watch that runway show” during coverage of her husband’s Indiana primary win, Trump said, “men will be men.”
“Unbelievable,” she told Du Jour. “That’s what I’m saying! I’m not only a beauty, I’m smart. I have brains. I’m intelligent. I would just say, men will be men.”
She used the same line to brush off Donald’s much-covered derogatory remarks on stock jock radio host Howard Stern’s show.
In the same interview, the reporter asked Trump about comedian Louis C.K. comparing her husband to Hitler. While Trump admitted she doesn’t know who the comedian is, she also said: “We know the truth. He’s not Hitler.”
