Fox News host Megyn Kelly didn’t let Donald Trump’s shots at her go unanswered Wednesday, hitting back to correct the billionaire real estate mogul’s claim that she cherry picked polls to make him look bad.
Trump claimed on Twitter that Kelly had cited a poll from the financial news outlet Investors Business Daily that showed him “down” in the GOP presidential race, and had refused to use the same poll now that it showed him on top.
Isn’t it terrible that @megynkelly used a poll not used before (I.B.D.) when I was down, but refuses to use it now when I am up?

But Kelly did not take the allegations of biased coverage lightly, tweeting back with a screenshot from Monday night’s episode of “The Kelly File” that showed the results of the Oct. 30 poll with Trump in the lead.

Kelly and Trump have had a rocky relationship since the first GOP presidential debate, which spurred the ex-reality TV star to declare a short-lived war on Fox News over perceived unfairness during the contest.
