With deadline to sign up for health insurance through the exchanges on Monday, locations with Obamacare navigators are seeing long lines of people looking to obtain plans under the the health care law.

People can sign up for insurance online, but the health care law also established navigator programs, which employ people to guide individuals through the sign-up process.
