Rep. Steve King (R-IA), an opponent of immigration reform, said that most House Republicans at the conference retreat Thursday did not trust President Obama on immigration reform.

House leaders on Thursday proposed a set of “principles” on immigration reform at the retreat in Cambridge, Maryland, which include the condition that increased border security must come before any other measures in the legislation.
