Jon Stewart is amazed that Fox News host and “America’s oldest hall monitor” Sean Hannity dedicated five whole days to exposing college students’ spring break antics, since “you will believe what they found — ’cause you know.”
Everyone’s been on spring break, including the panelists Hannity brought on to lament this generation’s wild partying, the comedian showed on Wednesday’s “The Daily Show.” Since the panelists had collectively experienced every popular spring break venue from Cancun to Acapulco to Panama City, they had plenty of “wisdom” to impart — including how to use a beer bong.
“Now some of the more skeptical viewers might think this is less of a news story and more of a reason to spend a week running wildly inappropriate T&A footage alongside pundits tsk-ing said footage, but you’d only be 99.9 percent right,” Stewart said.
So what did we all learn from Hannity’s spring break “investigation?”
“Remember kids, stay in school, get better parents, and don’t go to spring break,” Stewart said. “But if you do, bring your cocaine from home.”
