House Democrats are livid that their Republican colleagues are launching an eleventh-hour defense of the Confederate flag.

After the House quickly approved two amendments on Tuesday that restricted
the display of the flag
on federal land, Republicans scheduled a vote for
Thursday to undo them. Democratic leaders took to Twitter to rail against this move.
