I can’t help but be reminded by Swiftboat Veterans for Truth–the whole premise of the swiftboat movement is insulting and demeaning to Purple Heart recipients, because it casts the award process as totally flawed and calls into question EVERYONE who has received recognition for their service, not just John Kerry.
Similarly here, if Trump honestly think’s that attacking Elizabeth Warren for not ‘truly’ being a native American is a good tactic, he’ll discover that most native americans have mixed ancestry and many have non ‘native’ names. He calls into question the legal definition of ‘native’ to attack one person but will undoubtedly alienate most native americans (if he hasn’t already)
