Sen. Rand Paul (R-KY) is the “big winner” of the 2014 Conservative Political Action Conference, conservative monolith Matt Drudge declared Saturday.

As of Saturday afternoon, Paul and Sen. Ted Cruz were neck-and-neck in the online 2016 poll posted on the front page of the Drudge Report with 29.5 percent of the 10,000 or so votes. Jeb Bush was a distant third at 6.2 percent.
