CNN on Friday reported additional details of a letter a woman wrote accusing Supreme Court nominee Brett Kavanaugh of sexual misconduct when they were in high school.

But the GOP has this letter, see, which offers compelling evidence that he didn’t try to rape every woman he ever saw. There were 65 non-rapes he didn’t commit! That’s a lot, 65! Surely when you add up all the non-rapes people have to their credit, it’s worth something?

For the first time (and I don’t think this is just the Manafort news going to my head), I think Kavanaugh has a real, substantial chance of falling short of confirmation.
