Secretary of State Hillary Clinton is scheduled to testify on the deadly attacks on a U.S. diplomatic mission in Benghazi, Libya, before the Senate Foreign Relations Committee at 9 a.m. ET Wednesday and later before the House Foreign Affairs Committee at 2 p.m ET. At issue is the level of security at the consulate before the attacks, in which Ambassador Chris Stevens and other U.S. diplomats were killed.
Clinton’s long-awaited testimony was delayed after she fell ill and ultimately suffered a blood clot near her brain.
