Vice President Joe Biden dialed a second wrong number in his attempt to congratulate Boston Mayor-elect Marty Walsh on his win Tuesday night.

Biden first mistakenly called a former Edward Kennedy staffer.

Biden then left a voicemail for a woman named Toni, according to the Huffington Post.

In the message, Biden tells Walsh to “holler, man” if he needs anything from the White House.
