By now you’ve probably seen our big piece on Insurance Companies hiding savings and benefits from Obamacare from their customers, sometimes going so far as to hard-sell them on new policies that are actually more expensive than the same policies the same carriers are offering in the exchanges.

But now we want to go deeper.

As is so often the case, the germ of this story began with an email from a TPM Reader. So now we want to hear from you. I’m pretty confident we’ve only scratched the surface of what’s out there on this story. So let us know what you’ve seen. Have you experienced the same sort of deceptive marketing practices? Efforts to upsell you on plans when you could save more and get more benefits by visiting the state or federal exchange.
