We’re getting conflicting reports of a developing situation outside FBI headquarters in Washington, DC. DC metro police is on the scene and several fire trucks. Metro police say in a tweet it’s due to a “suspicious vehicle.”

Late Update: DC Metro police have reopened part of the area they’d originally blocked off. But four blocks of Pennsylvania avenue remains blocked to all traffic. DC Metro police declined to give a statement to TPM, saying only that the suspicious vehicle is still being investigated.
Later Update: And we have an all clear.
