Okay, That’s Weird

It now seems like at least technically Hillary Clinton’s use of her own private email system during her tenure as Secretary of State may not have violated any law. But according to this new AP report, she was apparently running her own private email server, possibly even out of her own house in Chappaqua.

I’d like to hear from tech readers about this. The AP story suggests that Clinton not only had physical control over the email server she used but that it may have been run out of her private home in Chappaqua. I’ve got more than a little experience with this – but well short of a lot. But I see no evidence for this. The address you register a server to (if it’s the kind of registration I think they’re talking about) has nothing to do with the actual physical location of the server. But let me know what people think.
