The Obama administration is down to the wire on its deadline to weigh in on the marriage equality case now before the Court. It will be our best look into President Obama’s current stance on marriage equality, which may be why it’s taking so long. Does he stick to a cautious support of marriage equality state by state or make a broader claim to a constitutional right to be allowed to wed. More here.
