We knew from sentencing memos that former National Security Adviser Michael Flynn was helping the federal government with investigations separate from the Russia probe. It’s become pretty clear that one of those had to do with his work for the Turkish government, and further indication came today when Michael Flynn’s former business partner, Bijan Kian, was charged with illegally lobbying for Turkey.
