Just as we were catching our breath, we saw major developments in the Ukraine story this week. Two cronies of Rudy Giuliani were arrested, revealing more about the events leading up to the dismissal of Marie Yovanovitch as ambassador to Ukraine. Yovanovitch then testified herself in front of the House, where she gave the grave assessment that the State Department has been “attacked and hollowed out from within.”
