Today’s Agenda: Barr Hearings And A Ruling On The Census Citizenship Question

There’s a major ruling this morning in a case we’ve been following for awhile: The Census Bureau’s move, at Commerce Secretary Wilbur Ross’s direction, to add a question about citizenship to the 2020 Census. It was illegal, a federal judge ruled this morning.
