One of the most intriguing revelations from the House’s release of the contents of Lev Parnas’ iPhone has to do with Vienna.

More precisely, it has to do with Ukrainian gas billionaire Dmytro Firtash, stranded in Vienna as he fights extradition to the U.S. on foreign bribery charges.
