Some Wins For Voting Rights — Particularly On Automatic Registration

Tonight was a mixed bag for voting rights — both Arkansas and North Carolina appear to have amended their state constitutions to include voter ID laws. But advocates of expanding the vote also had some significant victories to celebrate.
