It’s becoming increasingly apparent that Mayor (for now) Catherine Pugh (D) engaged in vast, freewheeling corruption, armed with hundreds and hundreds of children’s books starring anthropomorphic sports equipment and a smiling little girl. What remains to be seen is whether her mayorship can survive.
