It turns out you may be able to avoid deportation as an asylum seeker just by being a member at Mar a Lago. All those folks in the detention centers down near the border are going to be pumped! Here’s the story.

Tuesday’s Miami Herald has an article about a high profile Chinese asylum seeker and purported dissident in the US – Guo Wengui, aka Miles Kwok – who may actually be a Chinese spy. Wengui has been in the United States since 2014 after fleeing the country ahead of a string of charges for crimes ranging from bribery to sexual assault and kidnapping. Wengui is a billionaire real estate baron who began his refuge in the US in a Manhattan luxe apartment he reportedly purchased for $67 million.
