Pete Buttigieg, the polyglot South Bend mayor and proud Hufflepuff, has had something of a moment this week. The candidate caught the media’s attention following a CNN town hall last week, which appeared to help him to top the 65,000-donor threshold set by the party in order for candidates to qualify for the first round of debates this June.
