I just returned home tonight from a week away. Thanks to the TPM Team and our Readers for keeping everything going in my absence. I didn’t wholly absent myself from the news of the day. I know about Greenland and I know about the G7 meltdown. I even know about metaphorical bedbugs. But I was able to keep my attention mainly focused elsewhere. After casting about with a number of good books which couldn’t quite hold my attention I finally got some traction with Juliet Barker’s Agincourt. More on this soon.
