Former Sen. Rick Santorum (R-PA), a floated contender for White House chief of staff, shot down the possibility live on CNN Tuesday night.
“The bottom line for me, much like Nick Ayers, is that my family situation doesn’t allow me to do that right now,” he told CNN’s Erin Burnett. “I would be honored to do it at some point in time maybe, but at this point it doesn’t fit for me and my family. So, you know, I guess the answer right now would be no.”
And with that, the search continues.

Frothy got smocked…
Priceless…
Meanwhile, Caribou Barbie is breathlessly waiting by her phone…
Funny… but gross.
And, another one champing at the bit to serve our dear leader bites the dust. Bye, bye.
Damn families! Always getting in the way of malfeasance and crimes and stuff.
More of the deadly media savvy we’ve heard about so long. Float names you haven’t actually talked to or gotten a positive response from, with the obvious result that reporters will give them a jingle and you’ll be publicly told another person is not actually interested in your insanely horrible job prospect.
