Ever since Supreme Court Chief Justice John Roberts issued a rare rebuke Wednesday, denying President Donald Trump’s criticism that there are “Obama judges” and “Trump judges,” Trump hasn’t been able to let it go.

He’s tweeted multiple times about Roberts’ response, first sending off a couple right after the Chief Justice gave his statement to the Associated Press.

Even on Thanksgiving, it seems that Roberts was still occupying Trump’s thoughts.

Trump has made a habit of attacking the judiciary when various courts don’t come down in his favor, but this spat is highly unusual, with Roberts and other Supreme Court justices usually taking great pains to stay out of the partisan fray.
